Themacs Engineering participates in the 25th French Congress on Thermal Science

This year, the congress was organized around the theme “Thermal science, sea and oceans”. Indeed, on the assumption that seas and oceans cover 70% of the planet, SFT invited its members, as well as external thermal scientists, to take focus on:

• The influence of ocean warming on currents and biodiversity
• The geothermal status of the sea
• Marine propulsion.

The congress chose Marseille, a metropolis living with the sea for more than 2600 years, to host it, in order to allow the participants the most complete immersion in the theme of this year.
In the framework of the proposed problem, we presented an article, as well as a poster, on the thermal conductivity measurements of liquids by hot wire method.

The presence of Themacs Engineering at this congress was an opportunity for us to unveil our novelties in terms of hardware: the Data Logger, the ThermalView software, and especially our latest innovation, the EM3 emissometer. We have also been in contact with many colleagues with whom we would be delighted to work.
